Saint Sylvester Parish is looking for an Administrative Assistant to begin work on August 31, 2026.
Duties will include:
· Greet/Assist people that come into the office
· Answer phones
· Coordinate baptisms/weddings/funerals
· Maintain registrations of parishioners in database
· Maintain parish calendar
· Schedule and coordinate parish facilities use
· Prepare the weekly bulletin
· Schedule Mass Intentions
Work hours are Monday-Thursday 8am-2pm.
